To apply for benefits or find benefit information visit VA.GOV. Students may not receive two COEs, and may not receive COE at all. Simply direct them to provide you with COE, if that is what your school requires (it is the school's choice to do so). One copy you will need to send in to the school and the second copy will be for your personal records. The school will certify when all required information, including prior credit, is receievd. If there are any questions, you may contact the school office at anytime and we will be glad to help you. This is not a VA rule and does not reflect the correct enrollment fee amount. Nor does it clarify that the enrollment does not go toward tuition. If yall are looking for statement that divorces you from benefit decision/discussions, try, “All VA Education benefit determinations are made by the VA. Any questions regarding the amount of payment or benefit determinations should be referred to the VA.”.
